Our policies around COVID-19

Integral Health & Wellness is excited to welcome you into the clinic for in-person appointments. We have developed a plan which follows guidelines as they become available and adapt to the situation as it unfolds. Our policy is to create a safe environment that reduces the risk of exposure to COVID-19, possible variants of the virus and any other contagious respiratory illnesses.

Before arriving at our clinic, please familiarize yourself with our policies and procedures.

If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or any cold or flu-like symptoms, please call us to cancel your appointment.

If in the past 7 days you have been in close contact with anyone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please call us to cancel your appointment. If you work in a healthcare setting where PPE is required, “close contact” is for time spent outside of the workplace.

Masks are recommended while in the clinic. If you like your practitioner to wear a mask, please call ahead and let reception know. Masks will be available at the front desk for those who would like one.

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment to reduce the amount of time spent in the waiting area.

Please sanitize your hands upon arrival at the clinic.

Please refrain from touching your face. If you need to cough or sneeze, please do so in a tissue or in your sleeve at the elbow and sanitize your hands immediately after.
